First Klass All-Stars, LLC is the first black owned all-star cheerleading gym in Norfolk, VA. We are dedicated to providing exceptional competitive cheerleading training from ages 3-18.
We seek to educate, train, empower, motivate the youth in the community to utilize their talents, cultivate their gifts and give confidence, to be the youth cheer LEADERS in our community.
We are motivated to reducing at risk youth by providing safe training, positive sportsmanship, teamwork, boost self-esteem, and create a lasting experience.

Meet Our Owner
Brittany Hale, CEO
Coach Brittany hails from Norfolk, VA. She is highly regarded coach widely known across the local cheerleading community. Coach Brittany is a graduate of Walden University with a Master’s degree in healthcare administration with a concentration in adolescence health.
Coach Brittany has been cheerleading coach industry for the past 15 years. She has coached Maury High School Cheerleaders, All-Star Competitive Cheer, Recreation cheer, and Semi-Pro cheer/dance team in which all teams has had winning competitive records.
She is a certified through USASF to coach cheer and tumbling for All-Star levels 1-3. She is also certified for child abuse/concussion through VHSL/NFHS and CPR certified through Red Cross.
Coaching cheerleading is her passion and has led to the monumental opening of the first black owned cheerleading gym in Norfolk, VA. In addition to her outstanding reputation and championship record, Coach Brittany is known for her high level of integrity, expertise, and genuine interest in all of her athletes, relishing in their growth and success on and off of the mat.
